About the Aluminium KR Multicase
The half size Aluminium KR Multicase provides for safe storage and transport for all skirmish type games. If you play small skirmish games of the likes of Bloodbowl, Heroclix, Necromunda etc, then this is the ideal case for you.
In addition it can provide a convenient travel case for taking a few figures along with paint and brushes on business trips - a great way to fill those quite evenings in the hotel!
You can choose from a large range of trays in either 36 precut compartments, or our D-type or V-type pick&pluck, depending on your requirements.
The external dimensions of the aluminium half KR Multicase are 400mm x 270 x 80mm and it weighs around 1.4kg depending on the trays chosen
Again, the case can be easily labelled as the exterior is smooth aluminium, so you can stick army descriptions, or pictures easily to them..
The KR Multicase range has been extended with the addition of an aluminium version in THREE sizes and TWO colours. The first is the same size as the original KR Multicase and carries the same configuration of trays, the second is half the size and is ideal for smaller skirmish games such as boodbowl, necromunda, or any game involving small numbers of figures, and the third is a double size case ideal for larger armies and armies with large and oversize models such as Monolths, Mumaks, and even Titans! Half KR Multicase: 400 x 280 x 80 mm
Standard KR Multicase: 400 x 280 x 140 mm
Double KR Multicase: 400 x 280 x 260 mm
When we considered the design of the cases we selected the best materials to provide a strong and robust environment for your figures. The quality/construction of the aluminium KR Multicase is comparable to a camera case, and not to a tool case from a DIY superstore.
The aluminium KR Multicase encompasses all the great features of the original KR Multicase, providing a lid with snap closing catches, a carry handle and very importantly the stackability. The feet match into the recessed aluminium outer panel to prevent one case from sliding off another when stacked on top of one another. In addition these cases are lockable and all include a fully adjustable shoulder strap.
The interior is fully lined with a soft touch lining, so if you decide to carry anything loose then it is well cared for too.
The aluminium KR Multicase extends the unique and versatile modular storage and transport system for your miniatures. A typical collection has more than one army, in fact even one army can spread across many trays of storage. The KR Multicase provides you with a durable and convenient system and the aluminium versions now provide a perfect extension to the KR family of storage and transport. As with the KR Multicase and the Kaiser the flat sided design makes it fully stackable with other cases in the KR Multicase range.
The combination of the the aluminium KR Multicase alongside the durable dense card of the KR Multicase provides for a solid and effective storage and transport system.
